WHAT HORIZONS DOES IS IT WORKS VERY HARD TO COMBAT SOMETHING CALLED THE SUMMER SLIDE OR SUMMER LEARNING LOSS, WHICH DISPROPORTIONATELY AFFECTS KIDS FROM LOW INCOME OR NONENGLISH-SPEAKING FAMILIES. IT CAN BE DISASTROUS FOR KIDS. SOMETIMES THEY’RE TWO GRADES BEHIND.>>THIS IS A NEW PROGRAM. BUT NOT A NEW GROUP.>>I’VE BEEN INVOLVED WITH THIS SINCE I WAS BORN. BORN INTO THIS CAUSE. MY MOM IS INVOLVED. MY GRANDPARENTS ARE INVOLVED. MY HUSBAND NOW. MY BROTHER. ALL-HANDS ON DECK. WE’RE ENGAGED WITH HORIZONS. THE VARIOUS STEPS ARE AND ALL OF THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE ONLINE. YOU MAKE THIS FIRST. THIS IS THE STRAP AND THE PLATE FOR THE ROCKETS. AND YOU PAINT THEM SILVER SO THEY LOOK LIKE JET PACKS. AND THE LAST STEP IS YOU GLUE THOSE TO THE PANEL. YOU NEED SOME FLAMES COMING OUT. IN EVERY SAFE ENVIRONMENT, THERE’S OPEN FLAME.
