  1. I don’t know what he was trying to do other than get some publicity because that thing barely went higher than the Empire State building. What comes up always comes down it’s a shame he’s dead but when you mess with fire you’re going to get burned this guy didn’t know what the hell he was doing flat earth his brain was flat now it’s really flat now sadly. Well people will be talking about it for a week or two and then that’s about it what a waste

  2. Equally sad that some one died and for the lack of respect for the deceased, but also sad that people believe that the earth is flat and that Dave's death is somehow a hoax. Neil Armstrong was a badass, fearless, selfless, moonlanding, American hero. How about you darn kids show a little more respect.

  3. some people die fighting evil dictators. some spend their lives fighting to find a cure for cancer and other diseases. some spend money fighting hunger. and some die for absolutely nothing. what a retard. I think we should give every flat earther a rocket now

  4. Following Hughes' death, a public relations representative stated: "We used flat Earth as a PR stunt… Flat Earth allowed us to get so much publicity that we kept going! I know he didn’t believe in flat Earth and it was a shtick."

  5. I am No rocket scientist but I am pretty sure the parachute is supposed to deploy on the return flight and NOT on the launch.

  6. Does anyone remember the time on Top Gear UK when May & Hammond along with the Top Gear crew managed to construct the Rocket Robin Shuttle? They managed to successfully launch it into the air but the shuttle and fuel tank didn't separate and thus it crashed together in a fireball.
